The slightly cooler weather has been a blessing for baking sourdough in a non-air-conditioned kitchen. 😅 The loaves are absolutely gorgeous!

Check out our new flavors! Garlic & Herb Croissant sourdough is top notch, but oohhhhh my goodness if you like dill, aged white Cheddar, & parmesan, you HAVE to try the Dilly Dubliner. Trust me. It's the perfect balance & complexity wrapped up in one beautiful sourdough loaf. 💛

We just dropped off some FANTASTIC new flavors Call Me Delicious Farm Store & More in Menan! New bagel flavors are Cheddar & Cheddar Jalepeño. New loaf flavors are Garlic & Herb Croissant (fresh roasted garlic fresh garden chives & fresh parsley layered in buttery flakes) sourdough & Dilly Dubliner (dill w**d with decadant Irish Dubliner cheese)! I've tested these through a chef & have amazing feedback. 💛

To launch this, I want to highlight Atlantis Herbals! This sweet lady started out as a fellow small business owner, & has become one of my closest friends/adopted family members. We now work pretty closely together, & I have the pleasure & honor of growing a portion of the organic herbs she uses.

Her tinctures & products are researched extensively before being produced, & she has a wealth of knowledge for each & every Herb she uses. When I have questions or mixed researched results, she's who I call. Every time. Diana has worked tirelessly to provide tinctures & healing products for a variety of issues. All of which she has the research printed out & available on her website for you to read up on it for yourself. She encourages each individual to not just take her word for it, instead, to educate themselves on a product before taking it.

We use her tinctures consistently & can vouch personally for their quality. For as long as we have been taking her tinctures, our kids have fought over who gets to take their tinctures first. Our 5yo LOVES "his" carrot drops & I've never had to fight to give her tinctures.
