Currently a licensed PTA as well as LMT, I love working with people. From helping others heal from injuries to now healing through the power of human touch, I'm convinced that self-care encompasses more than just the physical. Caring for the body, mind and spirit are all essential to our well being. Through becoming an LMT, I've learned just how important touch is for the healing process. Whether it's acute or chronic injuries, stress, muscle tension or simply pure relaxation, my true passion comes from helping others feel better. My hobbies include anything related to health & fitness. Am a current IFBB athlete and soccer official. I also love traveling with my husband, spending time with family & friends as well as listening to podcasts, music & trying new restaurants. I'm a firm believer that my God and Savior is the one who allows me the ability to pursue these hobbies & to help others through massage.
