Helping people get healthy and live happy, fulfilling lives doing what they love! In October of 2016, I started my journey with Beachbody. I was miserable.

at 317 pounds, I was at the heaviest I had ever been, mentally and physically. I was up against a wall. I couldn't handle being a mom. I was struggling at work, and at home. I forced myself to smile, but I was convinced that the world would be better off without me. The road has been long, and full of hurdles, but I am coming out on the other side. Almost 5 years later, I am the happiest and healthiest I have ever been. My smile is genuine now. The 65 pounds I have lost so far on this journey don't hold a candle to the mental weight that has been lifted from my shoulders. My mind was a prison, but I learned that only I hold the key to open the door. I no longer worry about what I see on the scale or in the mirror. I have learned that my purpose in life is to help others. Nothing brings me greater joy than knowing that because of me, someone else's life has been changed forever.

Next goal:
The jeans I wore on our first date.

I can’t keep measuring my progress with the scale— she’s kind of a bitch.

But I can keep measuring it with my prebaby clothes and the way I FEEL at the end of the day.

The road is long and not always easy, but if you’re willing to follow it, you’ll eventually get to where you wanna be.

I’m saving you a spot to come with me— you just gotta meet me at the start.

Our nutrition reboot is starting 11/1 and I’d love to see you there ❤️

Hi friends!! I’m doing a little experiment and could really use your help. Can you do me a favor and let me know in the comments if you see this post?! GRACIAS!

Oh haiii! It’s !

I know it’s been a while since I’ve reintroduced myself for my new friends, so 👋🏼👋🏼

I’m Kim!
I’m a 30 year old married mom of 2 crazy boys.
They’re not twins, but they’re in the same grade and hitting all the same milestones, so 🤷🏼‍♀️
They’re doing Cub Scouts together this year and we’re a home/virtual schooling family.
I quit my day job a year ago so I could focus on them more.

Hubs works long hours in construction, so I’m pretty much on my own during the day.

I played baseball for 8 years. Yes baseball. No, not softball. Yes, I know the difference. I played right field when I wasn’t moonlighting as a pitcher.

I love the idea of traveling the world, even though I don’t have a passport yet. I’ve had an entire bucket list devoted to all the places I hope to see some day— ever since my youth group’s mission trip to Quebec in high school.

I believe my body is a blank canvas— I have a whole secret board on Pinterest of tattoos I want some day, and I love changing my hair color when it’s not wrapped up in a messy bun on top of my head— which is honestly 97% of the time.

My favorite food is tacos and my favorite unhealthy drink is a good old fashioned margarita.
My favorite color is rose gold and my favorite animal is a skunk.
My favorite activities are reading (thank God for Audible because I never have time anymore) and board games.
I’m a semi-avid Pokémon GOer because of my kids, but I secretly love it more than they do.

Oh! And my favorite fun fact: I moved my family from New Hampshire to Florida to be closer to the beach (and as far away from the snow as possible), but we only go maybe once or twice a year 🤣

Woo! I didn’t think I was an interesting person before— aaaand I still kinda don’t, but that might just be because I live with me 🤷🏼‍♀️

What about you?! Tell me something cool about you! Do we have anything in common?!

I don’t normally do back to back transformations, but seeing my face then vs my face now when I wear this bathing suit has me wanting to share it with you.

A year ago, I forced myself to put this on for the camera.
I felt awkward and ashamed, but I did it.
I said I was gonna wear this thing to build sand castles with my babies.

That still hasn’t happened.

But, I know it’ll be worth it when we finally go!

The FREEDOM I’ve been feeling, this month ESPECIALLY, is indescribable, but I know I want to share it with you all.

I don’t care that Mildred is still hanging out.
I don’t care that Gertie is still whispering obscenities in my head.
I don’t care about the number on my scale.

I care that I am able to fuel my body and celebrate its capabilities with exercise.
I care that my kids noticed that I’m happier lately.
I care that my husband actually wants to take time off of work and spend it with me, instead of his boss.

I care that there are other women out there being miserable, sweating their asses off, wearing street clothes to the beach.
I care that there are other women who push their kids away because they’re tired.
I care that there are other women who hide from their husbands because they’re ashamed of their bodies.

I care because that used to be me, too.

We are all better than that, and until every single one of you believes that you are worthy of love, that you deserve to wear something you can be COMFORTABLE in, and that you should be CELEBRATING your bodies as the magnificent TEMPLES that they are, then my job isn’t done.

I will keep showing up.
I will show you we can do and be better.
And I will invite you to let me show you that I found a better way.

How you feel about your outside won’t ever change until you fix how you feel on the inside.

So let’s spend the summer working on it.
Drop a ☀️ if you’re with me!

This coaching mentorship that I’m in this month has been EYE OPENING in a way I didn’t anticipate!

So, I’d like to talk about this Emerald bracelet for a minute.
I’m sure you’ve seen it in plenty of my pictures.
I always make sure it’s visible.

I earned it 4 years ago when I hit my first rank advancement.
I was SO PROUD of the achievement of leveling up my business.

It was a badge of honor.
I had hit this HUGE milestone in my business and I was finally ON MY WAY.

It was supposed to symbolize this amazing STEPPING STONE, but somewhere along the way it’s become more like a cage that I have allowed myself to get stuck in.

A cage that has messed with my head and led me to sabotage my progress and success not just in my business, but in my health and fitness as well.

I’m tired of that s**t.
I’m tired of settling.
I’m tired of sabotaging.
It’s not fair to my family.
It’s not fair to my goals.
And it’s not fair to anyone watching me.

So, as proud as I was then, I’m equally ashamed now.

And much like I took a hammer to my scale when we broke up, I’m taking my scissors to this little rubber loop.

It’s time I level up for REAL, and make all of us proud.

2021, I’m still coming for you.
These next 6 months are gonna be one HELL of a ride.

07/07/2021

I know you’ve seen these a thousand times from me now, but these changes didn’t just happen on their own.

I had to work hard to get here.
It hasn’t always been a straight line.
There have been plenty of bumps along the way.

I started with changing up my nutrition— gone are the days of gas station taquitos and Rockstars for breakfast.

And then I added exercise— to date, I’ve completed 19 different programs with my girls.

Yesterday I shared why I jumped into this business and how it’s impacted my family.

Today, I want to share what makes staying so long and chasing my goals so simple! 👇🏼👇🏼

•quick and effective workouts that only last 20-30 minutes (get in, get out, get on with your day)
•solid nutrition supplements (zero crap added)
•2 easy guided nutrition programs & countless meal plans (No more restricting— Um, hello?! I eat cheesecake for breakfast now!)
•and some of the most kickass teammates that keep me accountable and wanting to show up day in and day out (built in cheer squad anyone?!)

If you’ve been looking for an accountability buddy (or cheer squad), or just hoping to gain some more energy & confidence, drop a 🎉 below!

The day I signed up as a coach nearly 4.5 years ago, was the unhealthiest day of my life.

•I was nearly 200 pounds over weight.
•Living off gas station food and addicted to caffeine {Rockstar, coffee, Coke}.
•“Too busy” for an exercise program.
•“Too poor” to focus on my health.
•“Too tired” to spend any time with my kids.
•My relationship with Richie was on the ropes.
•I was so uncomfortable in my own skin, that I let my anxiety and depression take over my life.
•I was so miserable in my body that the only mirror we had was our medicine cabinet.

I thought I was completely alone.

But the more I talked to my coach, the more I learned that wasn’t true.

So, at my heaviest weight, and my emotional rock bottom, I finally said yes to this “coaching thing.”
I just needed that discount at first.
But then I saw how people were reacting to my journey, and I decided maybe I could do more.

I wasn’t perfect then, and I’m far from perfect now.

But since I realized I wasn’t the only one feeling the way I felt, I thought maybe I could show other women that it’s ok for the journey to be messy, share my wins AND my struggles, and then one day they’d realize they could do it too.

I knew that stepping out of my comfort zone meant remarkable things would happen.

And I was right!

It’s more than just the 65 pounds I’ve lost.

•It’s the products that don’t drain my energy.
•It’s the business that has me excited to show up.
•It’s the community that doesn’t drain my soul!

I found a home with this company, and a family with my team.
I found a place where I belong— where ANYONE can belong!

I know I’m where I’m meant to be.
I know this side gig can pay our bills, put food on our table, gas in my car, and hope in our hearts— I know, because it’s done all that for us and more over the years.

And I know it’s capable of doing even more, as long as I’m willing to put in the effort to get us there.
•The traveling is possible.
•Retiring Richie.
•The activities for the kids.
•The bills paid on time.
•The debt paid off.
•The dream house.
👏🏼👏🏼ALL OF IT IS POSSIBLE👏🏼👏🏼

And I can’t wait to make it happen.

Can you believe it’s July already?!
💥It’s a new month.
💥It’s a new day.
💥It’s a new chance to make a change.

Today, I made an action plan.
🔥I am meal prepping for the weekend.
🔥I am using the weekend to get ready for our coaching mentorship this month.
🔥I am using this week to get ready for my first business trip in 2 years.
🔥I am committing to my next 3 months of workouts, and dammit, I’m going to see them through!
{I’ll be finishing our new program the day I leave for my best friend’s wedding!}
🔥And when we get home, I’m committing to a nutrition bootcamp.
{Because why the f— not?!}

This is a lifestyle.
There is no finish line 💯
There will always be something else to do!

💥It’s not about getting skinny.
⭐️It’s about our children deserving happy, healthy mamas.
💥It’s not about recognition.
⭐️It’s about showing up for ourselves and holding each other accountable.
💥It’s not about the weight we may or may not need to lose.
⭐️It’s about the LIFE we get to GAIN.

Are you ready to find yourself?
Are you ready to chisel away the old you, so that who you are MEANT to be can flourish.

How are you spending the rest of your summer?
VIP enrollment closes Monday!
Can I add you to the list?

06/29/2021

I don’t want followers.
I don’t want applause.

I want “if she can do it, then maybe she can help me, too.”

Because at the end of the day {and when I started, too}, that’s all I’ve ever wanted:
To inspire you to do this with me.

You can change your stars.
You’re not destined to be stuck or miserable.
You weren’t given this life for that.
Your chances of existing are far too steep {1 in 400 trillion} for you to trudge through life unhappily.

❌It’s not about the number on the scale or the size of your pants.
❌It’s not about muscle definition or the inches you want to lose.

It’s about so much more than that.
It took me too long to learn that how you feel about your outside is a direct reflection of how you feel on your INSIDE.

💎Yes, I workout.
💎Yes, I follow a meal plan.
💎Yes, I pay for the products I use {and I’d pay double if I had to}.

Because I finally love my body and want it to feel good.
💎Exercising releases endorphins— happy chemicals, so I don’t kill my husband 😘
💎Eating processed foods leaves me with horrible stomach cramps, so I avoid them.
💎My nutritionals give me cleaner energy, better gut health, and clearer focus to help me thrive through my days, not just survive.

Taking better care of my body gives me the chance to be PRESENT with my kids, and you can’t put a price on that.

I’m taking care of myself, because for the first time in a LOOOONG time, I love myself enough to care about what happens to the girl in my mirror.

And I’m determined to make her proud.

06/27/2021

I can’t believe there’s only about 8 weeks between these photos!

I can’t believe the changes I’ve made in that time either!

Same girl? ✔️
Same outfit? ✔️
Same mindset? 🙅🏼‍♀️🙅🏼‍♀️

See, in that first photo, I was freaked out that I bought a cropped top.
I had tugged it down to hide my mom pouch that even the most supportive high waisted shorts can’t seem to hide.
I took that photo 7 different ways before I was happy with it.
As much as I’m constantly working on my self love, I’ve never been quite where I want to be, and that was especially true at the end of April.

But today, I threw it on, snapped this photo, and grinned like crazy because it’s LOOSE.
Ignore the wrinkles, or DON’T {if it was still tight, you wouldn’t see them 🤪}

The message on my shirt is WHY I’m embracing myself.
I don’t care about losing any more weight or inches.
I care that I love myself every step of the way.
I care that I’m focused less on what other people think and more about what my kids think— whether I’m PRESENT or not.

It doesn’t matter what you wear.
It doesn’t matter what the number on the scale says.

What matters is how you feel when you look in the mirror.
What matters is how you treat yourself.
What matters is how you talk to yourself.

To quote the lovely Colbie Caillat:
“Do you like you?”

Because at the end of the day, that’s what matters.
If you don’t, we can learn how to together 😘
