Hey y’all! Just a quick update, I am NOT ignoring anyone! 💕

I officially moved into my new home and have been working on getting my Stylez by Sistaz studio unpacked and organized. As soon as everything is set up and I’m settled, I’ll be right back to shipping orders and creating all the goodies you love! 🩷✂️🎀

I simply ask for a little grace and patience while I get my workspace back together. I promise I’m working as quickly as I can!

💖 Also, a friendly reminder:
If you’re messaging or emailing me “TELLING” me you need your order by XYZ date, but you did NOT purchase Rush Processing or Skip the Line, your order will still be completed in the order it was received.

Those priority services are available specifically for customers who actually paid for their orders to be expedited, and it’s only fair that I honor the order queue for everyone else.

📌CUSTOM ORDER PAYMENT POLICY📌

Effective today, all approved custom orders placed with Stylez by Sistaz are subject to the following payment policy:

✔️ A 50% non-refundable deposit may be accepted on approved custom orders.

✔️ The remaining balance is due by the payment date listed on your invoice.

✔️ No order will be shipped, delivered, or released for pickup until the remaining balance has been paid in full.

Orders with an unpaid balance 30 days after the final payment due date will be considered abandoned at that time:

• Your order will be canceled.
• All payments, including the deposit, are non-refundable.
• Any completed custom items become the property of Stylez by Sistaz and may be resold, repurposed, or otherwise disposed of.

Please note: Ordering early does not extend your payment deadline. If you request to begin your custom order months in advance, your agreed-upon payment schedule still applies.

📦 If you order the wrong size because you didn’t select the right one… that’s ON YOU. I can’t be responsible for incorrect sizes that were selected at checkout.

👯 If you’re ordering matching socks for siblings or a group… please double check every size before placing your order.
