Listen, I’m not a real therapist but I’m full of life changing one liners and that’s basically the same thing….
I’m only sort of joking 🤷♀️🤷♀️
• YOU CANT fix him (read that again) but you can your hair and then you can find a new HIM
• Blow outs are cheaper then therapy and scouts honor 🖖🏻 I will say things I shouldn’t, it’s sorta my thing.
• Ozempic didn’t do it, you aren’t eating your protein and it shows
• DUUUUUUDE, if 400 degrees is the difference between food poisoning and healthy protein, imagine what is doing to your hair? KNOCK IT OFF.
• Cheap shampoo? That’s why your hair is flat and so is he. Let’s upgrade
• Growth is always more about what your cutting out of your life and off those crusty ends
• Picking the right ONE is imperative, I can’t stress this enough 💕 Picking the right stylist will just be a bonus
• procrastination is the killer of joy and fresh roots, prebook your appointments
• washing your hair everyday? Why do you hate yourself? Lots to unpack here, maybe just relax and start saying no more 😂😂 (I’m joking ish)
• Whatever you are struggling with will pass but if you add bangs to the mix, it will feel like it took longer to pass. I promise.

I cant stress this enough! If they dont support you, they are not your people! Send them elsewhere. I’m in an era of protecting my peace and surrounding myself with people that love, support and want to see me thriving. I want to see you thriving and successful and part of that is ridding yourself of dead weight, unfortunately is usually the ones we love the most. Now I have had clients that have gone through hard times and I have offered discounts or free services to them. That I will do this 100 times, sometimes people need to be seen and loved and that is exactly why I chose this job in the first place. Doing for others should fill our cup, not drain it.
Boundaries are love. Supporting people that take from you is not only harmful for YOU but for THEM. Selfshness is a drug and it looks ugly on them. Remember we are in the beauty industry,we create beauty we do not support ugliness.XOXO
