I’ve grown a lot as a therapist in the time I’ve been at 💪… but in three and a half years, my prices haven’t changed at all.💸

➡️Starting next Monday, June 20, my prices will increase to $90 for an hour and $115 for 90 minutes.⬅️

Any appointments that are already scheduled will remain at the old pricing.

✨Thanks for understanding!✨

📣 I’m SO EXCITED to announce that I received my certification as a Corrective Exercise specialist! 😄Strengthening underactive muscles through corrective exercise is a great compliment to massage and will do even more to help pain caused by postural imbalances.💪

🗓Starting now and going through the end of March, I’ll be looking for some help while I figure out my new appointment structure! ✨Want a discount? Let’s get you in the schedule as a guinea pig!✨

To all of my peeps running in the this weekend: No matter what distance you’re , I hope you *t and have fun!! 🏃‍♀️🏃

Check out my fancy-schmancy new inclinometer!! 🙌

With this handy little tool, I can measure your range of motion to track progress! 💪

Now instead of just guessing that your ROM has improved, we can quantify just how much it’s improved! Yay data!

A HUGE to all of my wonderful clients who left tips for donations!

Thanks to all of you, I’ll be donating $400 dollars to ! If you’re ever looking for a charity to help, please check them out 🤟🏼

I don’t typically ask for tips... 💵 in fact, I tell people not to give them to me unless they absolutely insist. This month, though, is special to me. This month is ! And in honor of 🌈 , all of my tips will be matched and donated to . They’re an amazing group of individuals who strive to give homeless LGBTQ+ 🏳️‍🌈 kids a safe place to go and resources to help them out.
