The PRO Restorsea LipMagic production bulk is back on my desk—and this is Round 2.

I rejected the first submission because there was weird foam in the product and it didn’t match my approved standard.

The contract manufacturer investigated and discovered the problem: air had gotten into the batch.

They reworked the batch to remove the air and resubmitted it for my approval.

But just because they found the problem and fixed it doesn’t mean I automatically say yes.

I evaluated it all over again against my standard—color, shine, texture, smell and playtime.

Because when my name is on the product, “close enough” is never good enough.
