When Planned Parenthood asked me to teach Pilates in Pink, your girl was geeked.
Not just because I get to teach Pilates, but because I know firsthand how powerful movement can be.
A few years ago, I was struggling with depression. My doctor encouraged me to start exercising, so I started walking.
Those walks eventually turned into workouts. Those workouts turned into Pilates. And somewhere along the way, movement became part of who I am.
If you have a daughter, niece, little sister, or you're simply looking for an hour to move your body and pour back into yourself, I'd love for you to join us.
