My surgeon here in Houston did a good job but maturing is realizing where they failed me was aftercare. I think doing two rounds of Kybella was an effort to placate me rather than fix the actual issue: laxity. I wish that they had just recommended the skin tightening treatment (which I know they do now as a recommended package and I've reached out to inquire about with no response) or advised that I may want to consider saving to a lift AND had looked at my actual skin versus what they assumed my skin would do at 29. I recommended my surgeon in my video that received 1.2m views in 2024, but since then I've been incredibly disappointed by the lack of communication. After posting my one year mark video, I reached out many times to see if they can help me find solutions to the loose skin and I have received zero responses. I did not ask for free treatment or anything like that and still, I never heard back. It's like they did not want my money!
Overall, I think I got a good result and I would do it again. Now I'm saving for tightening treatments and procedures--stay tuned!

The style also took a lot of tease right at the base of that pony. Kenra Professional dry volume spray is also such a quick and easy way to add some oomph.
