Made Cheesy Beef Rotini in Four-Cheese Cream Sauce for dinner tonight. It was creamy, hearty, and the beef paired so well with the cheesy rotini. This one is definitely going into our regular dinner rotation.

Ingredients:

1 pound rotini
1 pound ground beef
½ cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup grated Parmesan
½ cup shredded cheddar
¼ cup shredded provolone
½ cup reserved pasta water
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper..
