TODAY WAS A GOOD DAY... simply because I was ABLE TO DO ❤️ Thank you God!
GratefulHeart StrongerThanYesterday

I'm STILL so grateful for this season of recovery. ❤️
The hard part isn't just the injury... it's learning to be patient with the healing...to be KIND to my body
God is teaching me what it truly means to be kind to my body. To stop rushing. To honor the process. To celebrate the small victories.
Slowly..Carefully.. Intentionally.
I'm finding my strength again, one step, one workout, one day at a time.
Every milestone is a reminder that God's grace is present even in the waiting. This comeback is being built on faith before it's EVER seen in full.
Thank You God for carrying me through every part of this journey.. Thank You for answering my prayer!🙏🏽

I SOOOO Love when my clients trust the process and let me "PLAY" because sometimes the best result isn't the inspiration photo... it's the version that was CREATED just for YOU! Thank you

CONSISTENCY IS the name of the game.
It all hurts...It’s not easy... NO matter what it looks like
But God doesn’t call us to comfort..He calls us to obedience.
And if you want the vision He placed in your heart,
you push past every obstacle… and you don’t quit🔥
