To support this gentle shift, I wanted to share a simple herbal tea ritual I love during moments when the body and nervous system need warmth and reassurance:

Gentle Comfort Herbal Tea
• Chamomile for calm and soothing
• Lemon balm or lavender for nervous system support
• Ginger for warmth and grounding
• Optional cinnamon or raw honey for comfort

Steep for 7–10 minutes. Sip slowly. Let it be a pause just for you.
