For over a decade, Veronica Gallegos has channeled her lifelong love for drag racing into her role as a dedicated backup girl (BUG). Raised at the track, she transitioned from watching her father race to working with numerous IHRA and NHRA teams. Today, she proudly represents the Saye it Loud Race Team and Red Line Oil.

For Veronica, the true reward lies in building deep connections with fans, sponsors, and crews amidst the unmatched adrenaline of race day. By sharing her passion, she aims to inspire more women to enter the sport while serving as a proud ambassador for her sponsors and the racing community.

True to her name’s meaning, "spear of strength," Gerda Dijkstra Joon is the sharp, determined force behind Lex Joon Racing. Raised in the Netherlands, she initially channeled her work ethic into becoming an award-winning equestrian before discovering professional drag racing and marrying driver Lex Joon in 2006. Together, they dominated the European circuit before immigrating to the U.S. in 2013 to chase their American dream.

Based in Brownsburg, Indiana, Gerda made a groundbreaking career shift in 2019. Mentored by legendary tuners, she became the NHRA's only active female Top Fuel Crew Chief. Since taking the helm, she has tuned her husband to new personal bests and made history as the first female Crew Chief to win an IHRA national event.

Kim Johnson is far more than a member of the Team Red Line Oil #93 Sprint Car team — she has become the heart and soul of Kobza Motorsports. Whether she’s making sure the car looks its best, operating the quad to push the race car or fire up the engine, checking safety equipment, or ensuring the driver is ready to hit the track, Kim plays a critical role in every race night. Her passion, energy, and dedication elevate everyone around her and continue to make the entire team stronger both on and off the track.

Dina Parise— also known as "Spicy Meatball"—is a former Ice Capades Pro Figure Skater, a hairstylist of over 25 years, and a current Pro Modified Drag Racer. This unique background has transformed her into a dynamic marketing maestro and a passionate public speaker.

A proud member of Team Red Line, Dina leverages her extensive experience to build successful marketing programs and expand her public speaking engagements. As a proud Gen-Xer, she is on a mission to prove that the over-40, 50, and 60-year-old crowds remain vibrant, viable, and exceptionally spicy. Her ultimate philosophy? "You get one ticket in life, I’m using mine ‘til it expires!"

Megan Miller is an accomplished off-road racer, the driving force behind MDM Motorsports, and a fierce competitor in rock racing and endurance events. Known for her toughness and relentless spirit, she pushed through challenging terrain to capture the 2025 NorCal Rock Racing Series Championship and secure second place in the 2025 Ultra4 West Series.

Beyond her podium finishes, Megan is a powerful advocate for women in powersports. She actively promotes off-road racing through sponsorships, community events, and exhibitions, inspiring the next generation of female drivers.

OSS is headed to Cordova Dragway for Havlik’s Fastest Street Car Shootout.

The event kicks off tomorrow, and we’ll be there representing Red Line Synthetic Oil, supporting the race, hanging out with racers, and taking in some seriously fast street car action.
