Showing up. Pouring into everybody else.
And not really having a space to slow down and just be.

That’s exactly why I created The Softening.

This isn’t just an event—it’s a space for you to release, reconnect, and come back to yourself without pressure.

We’ll have:
• guided healing exercises
• a licensed therapist in the room
• guided meditation with a spiritualist
• brunch, journaling, and real connection

You don’t have to carry everything by yourself in this space.
