"My Cayenne Concoction" 🤎
Certified Inflammation Buster!👊🏾
Ingredients:
1 cup organic, raw, unfiltered local honey 🍯
1 tbsp cayenne pepper🌶
Directions:
Mix well and store in a glass jar (preferably). Take 1 teaspoon in the morning and 1 teaspoon in the evening, always with food.
Caution:
Do not use if you have GERD, acid reflux, gastritis, stomach ulcers, or a sensitive stomach, as cayenne may cause irritation. Use caution if you take blood thinners or have a bleeding disorder, as cayenne may increase bleeding risk.
Some people use this blend for up to 7 days during periods of increased inflammation. If using it long-term, consult your healthcare provider.
