It just didn’t make sense to me…
It was 2021, and tallow skincare was gaining popularity in the health/wellness/crunchy spaces. Sellers were offering 2oz jars for $40+ dollars, intended for facial care, frequently laden with essential oils that would irritate my skin I might add. I found myself with a burning question: If tallow is so great, why are we only using it on our FACE? Doesn’t the rest of our body deserve half decent, non-toxic-chemical-crud-free skincare too?
