The growth in it all is that I did them!

Growth isn’t about waiting until you’re ready. It’s about taking the next step anyway.

This week didn’t go the way I planned. At ALL!

While traveling in Mexico, I was involved in a motorcycle accident, and my focus shifted from creating content to simply recovering.

It reminded me that sometimes the strongest thing we can do isn’t push harder but to receive the grace to heal.

I’m thankful to be okay. I’m thankful for every message, every prayer, and every person who’s continued to support me, and contact me while on this journey.

I’m still believing for this journey, and I’m still believing in becoming Favorite Chef!
