Because my main priority is the healthiness of your hair, I do not approve miracle knots for all textures and/or densities. Miracle knots are connected by a very fine string that could cause breakage if installed wrong and without caution.
I use the feed-in method to remove the stress of a crotchet needle.
This is meant to be a PROTECTIVE STYLE which reduces the amount of stress put on your strands. Eliminates the usage of synthetic braid hair and allows one to thoroughly shampoo the scalp without sitting under the dryer for centuries to ensure the braiding and and braids are dry.
