2021 Jah thought she was fit. 2021 Jah could never imagine what 2026 Jah would be like. The discipline and self love and dedication and determination it takes to keep showing up for you. Mfs won’t understand until they do for their mf selves. Motivation will only get you so far it’s the mf discipline that keeps you showing up everyday. It’s ok if people don’t see the progress all that matters is that you mf see it for you and you mf feel it for you. My progress is there but so is the mf grit to keep going. A lot of people swear they love themselves and others but opt in to f**k ass patterns and weaknesses. Onipaa mfs s**t ain’t easy. I say that with all the grace and mf Virgo cockiness. 🤞🏽✌🏽

I was done with being tired. I was done with being sore and I just locked in. I told myself you need to be here longer for your kids and what they know you need to make sure that you’re here sending a good example for people around you especially the young ones. You need to make sure that you stay focused. You need to be the one to take charge of your life and don’t make no excuses for nobody cause sometimes we are our own worst enemy.
