Happy New Year!! Just a short message: with the new year comes a new tax for Massage Therapy Services. HB 8 requires massage therapists to apply a 6 percent sales tax on massage therapy services. It will go into effect January 1, 2023.
My rates have slightly increased because of this bill. All updates are under my services tab. Please reach out if you have any questions.
