SERVICE SPOTLIGHT | Myofascial Release Therapy

Myofascial Release is a slow, intentional form of bodywork that focuses on restrictions within the fascia - the connective tissue that surrounds and supports the muscles throughout the body.

Rather than simply applying deeper pressure, MFR uses sustained, targeted techniques to help address persistent tension, restricted movement, repetitive strain, and areas that seem to return again and again.

A graduate of the Mind Body Institute in Nashville, James has continued his education with advanced studies in Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Cupping Therapy. His approach is thoughtful and integrative, shaped by more than a decade of exploring holistic ways to support pain relief, injury recovery, stress management, mindfulness, breath work, and somatic awareness.

Whether you’re dealing with chronic tightness, limited mobility, or simply looking for a more focused approach to therapeutic bodywork, James tailors each session to what your body needs.

In addition to MFR, James offers Therapeutic Massage, Sports Massage, Cupping Therapy, & ZenLeaf Infusion (C*D Massage).

🍂 SERVICE SPOTLIGHT: Cedar & Stone Massage

One of our newest Fall Seasonal Specials, Cedar & Stone brings together deep, focused bodywork and soothing warmth for a massage that feels every bit as good as it sounds.

Inspired by Kelsey’s Pacific Northwest roots, this customized therapeutic massage incorporates Cedar Branch Deep Tissue, using a smooth Western Red Cedar branch to apply broad, sustained pressure and work deeply into areas of muscular tension. Warm basalt stones are incorporated throughout the session to help soften tight muscles and complement the deeper work.

And because some of you have asked for even more time on the table, our Fall Seasonal Specials are now available in 2-hour sessions! 🙌
