Part 2
Difference in massage sessions. Hot Stones and Integrated Massage
I previously covered Swedish and Deep Tissue.

*Hot Stone Massage- I personally love this one! It is so relaxing and melts away stress. Hot stones can be done as a session on its own or incorporated into other sessions. There are a couple types of stones that can be used. I typically use the flat, smooth stones. Stones are heated to approximately 120°. I make sure I can hold them comfortably in my hands before applying them. We apply massage oil before use the stones to give a smooth glide. My clients with arthritis or or discomfort around their joints find the stones helpful.

*Integrated Massage- This is my favorite session to provide clients. I keep my price a little lower on this one than I do for most specialized sessions because I find it very beneficial.
It's a little bit of everything. Swedish, deep tissue, hot stones, essential oils. I even add in some manual Lymphatic Drainage techniques, Craniosacral therapy and back or foot scrub from time to time.
I'm hoping to one day be able to add cupping.
