And don’t even get us started on the filters used in AFTER photos… 🙃 The ones that somehow erase every wrinkle, dark spot, pore, and imperfection in a single appointment. Or the dramatic changes in lighting that suddenly make skin look flawless and the transformation seem much more impressive than it actually is. Social media is already full of unrealistic beauty standards, and now AI is taking it to another level. As aesthetic providers, we see how this affects patients’ expectations. People come in showing these transformations, hoping to achieve the exact same results, without realizing that some of what they’re seeing may not even be real. And here’s the thing: real aesthetic treatments CAN deliver incredible results. But skin texture, pigmentation, wrinkles, and volume loss don’t all magically disappear after one treatment. Some concerns require multiple sessions, different approaches, and TIME. We are all for showing beautiful results. But we are also big believers in showing REAL ones. Immediate results show swelling, redness, and bruising. The filler needs time to settle and swelling to resolve before final results can be evaluated and the need for additional product determined.

For this treatment we used Xeomin, Radiesse and Belotero to address different areas of the face.

At the 2 week follow up, the initial swelling has resolved and you can see a more refreshed appearance while still keeping a very natural result.

With Radiesse, this is not the final result. In addition to the immediate correction, it stimulates collagen production, so we can expect continued improvement in the skin and treated areas over the next few months.

Subtle changes can make a big difference in the overall appearance of the face. 🤍
