Hello there!
I wanted to introduce myself to those who may not know me.
My name is Tatiana. I am a hairstylist in Highland, Indiana. I have worked for a corporate chain salon for over 11 years.
As of last year, I decided to take a leap of faith on myself and open up my own salon. I had clients of mine, family, and even friends telling me to do this for years. But I always doubted myself. But last year really pushed me to believe in myself and make it happen.
And to be honest, everyone was right. It is so rewarding and magical. To say I own something that I build myself is crazy. And I am so happy I have done it.
I love doing hair. The main accomplishment for me is to make you feel like yourself again. To have you regain your confidence that you never knew you had. To build you up into something greater than you could have imagined.
I love doing colors. Wether it’s a “regular” touch up or something transforming. It’s exciting to create something you feel your most self.
I also enjoy doing haircuts. Whether its using clippers to give you that nice clean look or shaping up what you have. I am here for you to make you feel your best.
I would love for you to see my space and feel seen and heard when you sit in my chair.

Today is Mexican Independence Day.
And yesterday officially marked a year that I have been in my own salon.
Running my own business was terrifying to me initially. But I am so happy for myself that I committed to me.
Being an independent stylist is amazing and I would never go back to a corporate salon.
Being able to really expand and do what I want creatively and connect further into my career is the best thing I could have done for myself.
Really feeling my roots grow as an independent Latina woman. I am so happy words can’t express the gratitude I feel for my clients who have believed in me and truly enjoy my space.
I wanted to create something special and have everyone see what I truly am and what I have to offer. Thank you to all those who believed in me and supported me through this incredible journey.
