As an acupuncturist, I spend so much of my time talking about cycles, balance, and listening to what our bodies need.
Watching the eclipse with my family in Mallorca felt like the most beautiful reminder that we are part of those rhythms too. 🌘✨
Our hormones shift. Our energy changes. Life moves through seasons. And sometimes wellness begins simply by creating space to pause, reconnect, and find our way back to balance.
