It’s hard to believe it’s already been 10 months since we wrapped up this incredible project at SOHO Saunas in Soldier Hollow, Utah!
With the colder months approaching, we couldn’t be more excited for everyone to experience these saunas throughout their first full winter.
Shane, the owner of SOHO, has done an incredible job bringing the traditional Japanese onsen experience to Utah and creating a place where people can slow down, disconnect, and enjoy the benefits of hot and cold therapy in a beautiful mountain setting.
There’s something special about stepping into a hot sauna when the temperatures outside start to drop, then cooling off and doing it all over again. This is personally our favorite time of year for contrast therapy!
We’re incredibly proud to have played a part in bringing Shane’s vision to life, and even more excited to see so many people enjoying what he’s created.
If you haven’t experienced SOHO Saunas yet, you’re seriously missing out! Go check them out, support an awesome local business, and tell Shane The Home Sauna sent you! 🔥❄️

There’s something special about the experience of a traditional Finnish sauna. The intense heat, the ancient ritual of pouring water over hot stones, and the feeling of stepping out completely refreshed. It’s a tradition that has stood the test of time for good reason.
At The Home Sauna, we will always believe in the power of traditional sauna bathing. But we also love finding ways to make the experience even better.
This outdoor sauna we built in Sandy, Utah, brings together the best of both worlds. Authentic Finnish heat paired with red light therapy, which may help support skin health, muscle recovery, and the body’s natural healing processes.
Two different experiences, each with their own benefits, brought together in one beautiful space.
Because at the end of the day, a sauna should be more than just a place to sweat. It should be a place to slow down, recover, disconnect from the noise, and invest in your health.

We had the opportunity to be a small part of this incredible community in Idaho Falls; Orchard Park Townhomes & Apartments.
One of the reasons we love commercial sauna projects so much is that they’re built with a different purpose in mind. They need to be durable, dependable, and designed to handle daily use for years to come.
But the best part is knowing how many people get to enjoy them. Whether it’s recovering after a workout, unwinding after a long day, or simply taking a few minutes to slow down, we love creating spaces that become part of people’s everyday routines.
Built to last. Built to be used. 🔥
