Happy Monday! Do you know how blessed you are? Most people do not associate the word happy with Monday, but stop and think about what a gift it is to start a new week, a new day and a new chance to make things right or do something kind or just simply relax and take it all in. Mondays do not have to be crazy and you do not have to be stretched thin. A better version of you is waiting and when you find that, you can help others. I’m always here to help you on that journey!

Here is an updated pricing list for services. $10 off for regular clients only applies to customized massage sessions.
TMJ & Myofascial are not included.
TMJ is $65 (I will be taking a class in November on deeper work for TMJ orally)
Myofascial massages are beneficial if you do three sessions. You can set these up as far apart as you like, one week being the shortest time between sessions.
