Our first Mojave Flow and Sound Bath was a SUCCESS!
brought the bowls and the gong to serenade our students after they completed a juicy, feel good, gentle flow.
I love doing these classes in this space! DT, plants, plant shopping before class and the Frog Friends in the terrarium serenaded us during practice. 🩵🩵🩵
