Picking is one of the hardest bad habits to break when it comes to our skin.
The immediate subconscious intention is to “fix” the problem but the reality is it makes it worse.

To improve your skin and break the habit:

⚡️Try becoming consciously aware of when you are picking. Is it mindless like when you are driving or watching TV or is it intentional when you’re close to the mirror?
⚡️Try to notice if there are triggers like stress or anxiety.
⚡️Work on replacing the bad habit with a good habit. You will still get that immediate gratification while actually doing something good for the skin.
⚡️Remember we want to HEAL or skin, not HARM our skin.
