First… this is just an example of what works for me. Your schedule may look completely different depending on your season of life, priorities, and where you’re at in business.

If you’re newer, you may need more client days. If you’re more established, you may have more flexibility for admin/CEO, content, training days, etc.

There’s no perfect schedule. The goal is creating one that supports both your business and your life. ✨

Here’s how I recommend structuring your schedule:

💓 1. Schedule your OFF days first
These should be non-negotiable. Protect them.

📅 2. Choose your client days
Decide what days you actually want to work and take clients. Be intentional.

💻 3. Schedule your business support days
These are the days that help your business grow outside of taking clients.

Examples:
• Admin/CEO tasks
• Content Creation/Filming
• Trainings
• Etc.

This helps you stay focused and not feel scattered.

Biggest takeaway? Stop building your life around appointments. Build your schedule around the life you actually want. That’s the beauty of what we do 👏🏼

& don’t forget to schedule the things that matter outside of work too… kids’ activities/sports, workout classes, etc.

A structured schedule helps you protect your energy, avoid burnout, and create better work/life balance.
