A little booking reminder from Studio Chic Salon 🤍

When you book a service with one of our stylists, that specific amount of time is reserved just for you. A color appointment, for example, may block out several hours of a stylist’s day and prevent another client from being able to book during that time.

We completely understand that plans can change! However, when a service is significantly changed or downgraded at the last minute—such as a color + cut being changed to just a haircut—it leaves a large gap in the stylist’s schedule that is often impossible to fill on short notice. Because our stylists rely on their scheduled appointments for their income, these last-minute changes can result in a significant loss for them.

If an appointment is downgraded or changed to a lower-priced service with less than 48 hours’ notice, 50% of the originally booked service price will still be due.

If you realize you no longer need everything you originally booked, that is completely okay! We just ask that you reach out at least 48 hours before your appointment so your stylist has the opportunity to adjust their schedule and offer that time to another client.

Our cancellation and no-show policy still applies as well:

• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the originally booked service price will be charged @ the time of cancelation.

• No-shows: Before another appointment can be booked, 50% of the missed appointment price must be paid.

We truly appreciate everyone understanding that when you reserve an appointment, you’re not only reserving a service—you’re reserving your stylist’s time and livelihood. 🤍

Thank you for supporting our stylists and our small business!
