On a whim, my intuition said sign me up.
Eight months later… I understand why. 🤍

I found myself—the version I lost and the one I never knew.

Words will never fully capture what my heart restored, or the gratitude I hold for every soul who shaped this journey.

I’m back.
Kayla Paladino

also- update my name - I’m restored 😉💖

If you too feel lost and are ready to surrender - YTT is a gift of a lifetime.

I didn’t join this YTT journey to teach yoga—I joined it to heal.

Now I’m expanding beyond every comfort I once clung to.
Learning to be seen. Learning to trust. Learning to become.

My past was my lesson.
My future is my destiny.

And I’m building a life my daughters can learn from—
one that shows them how to rise, overcome, and thrive.

I trust the journey ✨

(sharing this read I wrote for my first teaching)

PS- when you’re ready to heal- join YTT 🫶🙏❤️
