I truly believe that when you do something with love and a genuine heart, it shows. I’m so thankful for every single person who has supported me, encouraged me, and continues to be part of this journey. It means more than you know!

I’ve had so many of you reach out to check in on me these past few days, and I feel truly blessed to have such wonderful people in my life! I’m happy to say I’m feeling so much better and definitely missing my little spa and all of you!

As for me, I’ll be resting and enjoying family time this weekend, looking forward to coming back next week fully recovered, with refreshed, peaceful energy and ready to take care of you!

A little midweek reminder 🤍

I’ve been home recovering from whatever decided to hit me this week, and as much as I don’t like slowing down—and many of you know I’m always on the go—sometimes our bodies have a way of reminding us that we need to.

So today, I’m taking the rest, making myself some warm tea, and simply slowing down. I’m also so thankful for my amazing, understanding clients who are always so kind when life happens. It truly means more than you know.

As the years pass, I’ve learned that self-care goes so much deeper than we sometimes realize. I’ve always been a very intuitive person, and with time I’ve learned to trust that feeling more. Sometimes that intuition has helped me recognize when it’s time to slow down, make a change, let go of something I’ve outgrown, or simply make more room for what brings peace into my life.

And I think that’s part of growing. Not everything is meant to stay the same forever. Sometimes we hold onto routines, expectations, or seasons longer than we need to simply because they’re familiar.

Self-care is listening to our bodies, giving our minds a break, setting healthy boundaries, being intentional with our energy, and allowing ourselves to grow without feeling guilty about it.

Take the rest. Drink the tea. Slow down. Trust yourself. Take care of your body, your mind, and your peace.

Self-care isn’t a luxury—it’s part of taking care of YOU. 🫶
