People always ask me, “How are you so comfortable waxing men?” 😂

Simple: I grew up in the boys’ world.

I’m the youngest surrounded by boys, so communicating with men has never felt foreign to me. I know how to talk to men, but more importantly, I know how to LISTEN to them. I’m not easily intimidated, I don’t make normal human moments awkward, and I know how to create an environment where a man can actually relax during a service that already requires a whole lot of vulnerability.

Then I added the education, technique, treatments, professionalism and CLEAR boundaries.

That combination is a huge part of why I’ve been so successful servicing men.

Male waxing isn’t just about knowing how to remove hair.

You have to know how to hold space for the MAN on your table. 🐝

That part can’t be taught from a waxing diagram.

A hard wax girly tried soft wax… and now we need to talk. 👀🍯

This was my FIRST time ever using soft wax, and this roll-on had me impressed! I tried it on an arm wax, and let’s just say… I see why y’all love it. 😂🤎

7 years into waxing and I’m still open to learning, trying new products, and expanding my skills.

Self-care was never supposed to belong to one gender.

If waxing makes you feel cleaner, more confident, more comfortable, or simply more like YOU… do that.

Men deserve to indulge in themselves, too.
Women deserve to indulge in themselves.
EVERYBODY deserves to feel good in their own skin.

No explaining. No embarrassment. No stigma.

If it makes you feel good, DO THAT. 🤎

Self-care has no gender over here.

Men are being invited into the beauty industry differently now—and I love to see it.

Not because they need to “keep up.” Not because self-care has to look a certain way. But because more men are realizing they’re allowed to choose themselves, too.

To groom. To indulge. To care about how they look, how they feel, and how they show up in their bodies.

An underarm wax might seem like a small thing… but sometimes choosing to take care of yourself is the bigger statement.

Men belong in self-care spaces.
Men deserve to be catered to.
Men deserve to indulge, too.

And I’m creating a space where they can. 🤎

He had never been waxed before. I had never met him before this moment.

So when I said this demo was going to be organic, I meant it. No rehearsed reactions. No pretending we already had a level of comfort that hadn’t been earned yet.

Just me doing what I do every day — communicating, reading the room, creating comfort, maintaining professionalism, and allowing a first-time client to be vulnerable without making the moment feel bigger than it needed to be.

And 20-something minutes later…

“You’re all done, man.” ✋🏾🤎

That high five at the end? THAT’S the part.

Technique removes the hair.
Trust creates the experience.
