Meet Ann! Ann has been the Executive Director of Edwards Street Fellowship Center since 2013. Edwards Street was founded in 1979 with a mission of shining the light of God's love. The agency's purpose is to provide a helping hand to the poor, the underserved, and the suffering in the greater Hattiesburg area. Edwards Street serves its neighbors through three main ministries: a food pantry, a free health clinic, and a thrift store.

đź“ŁMississippi Thriving is BACK!
As some of you know, I am a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN). Several years ago, after hearing that I was the first, or one of the few RDNs someone had met, I thought I’d introduce Mississippi to more of my colleagues.
💡Fun Fact: There are a little over 800 dietitians in our state. How many do you know?🤔
🎉To kick off the reboot, allow me to introduce myself.
I’m LaShaundrea Bradford—a freelance registered dietitian nutritionist, consultant, and culinarian with a love for food and a heart for service. From nutrition counseling to community service, I help people build healthier lives. I also support community health and wellness initiatives and promote health equity.
Through my nonprofit, We Are Thriving, Inc., and Mississippi Thriving, I connect people, communities, and organizations with resources, activities, events, and opportunities to help Mississippi thrive. I believe every contribution we make to our communities counts, whether it’s big or small.
I’m also a retired Air Force veteran and proud mom of two adult children. Outside of work, you’ll find me blogging, drawing, enjoying my favorite shows, or spending time with family.
