Magnolia Wellness Social started with me realizing I needed to take my OWN health seriously.

This weekend, I traveled to Columbia, Mississippi for New Life Fellowship’s 3rd Annual Community Health Fair & Blood Drive. This was my second year attending and serving the community.

I provided FREE mini facials and eyebrow waxing while connecting with the community around skincare, self-care, and wellness.

I also took the opportunity to get a rapid HIV test, learn more about HIV education and prevention, and yes, my result was negative.

Health and wellness includes knowing your status too. If you haven’t been tested recently, consider this your reminder to get tested and stay informed.

I genuinely enjoy making an impact, whether it’s inside my treatment room, through my own events, or by showing up to serve within the community.

Pistols & Roses was more than a gun safety class.
On September 11th, women gathered at The Lead Dispensary in Hattiesburg, MS for a women’s self-defense and fi***rm safety experience focused on education, awareness, and responsibility.

From first-time beginners to women who already owned fi***rms, we learned self-defense techniques for physical and sexual assault situations, gun safety, situational awareness, responsible fi***rm ownership, and emotional regulation during high-stress situations.

Owning a fi***rm is one thing. Being educated, trained, and prepared to responsibly use it is another.

Thank you to our instructors Jon and Riley for helping us create a safe space for women to learn and build confidence.
