For clients with appointments starting tomorrow (July 23rd), things are going to look a little different... literally!

Construction on our new vestibule is beginning overnight. You'll still use the same entrance, but once inside you'll see two doors. The door on the left will lead you into the salon.

During construction, you may notice some extra noise during your appointment. The project is expected to be completed within the next 6 weeks.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as they make these changes, and we can't wait for you to enjoy the space once it’s finished. Thank you for bearing with us!

Hi everyone 💕

I wanted to share a personal update on Katie in case you aren’t aware, or have been wondering how she’s doing. Exciting news, she is expecting a baby girl this spring 💓 unfortunately though, this last week, her water unexpectedly broke at 22 weeks. It’s been a whirlwind, but her and baby girl are stable and in the best possible hands at Masonic Children’s in Minneapolis.

The goal now is for her to stay pregnant until 34 weeks. Every single day counts in helping their little girl grow stronger and get ready for the outside world. Today hit 23 weeks, which is a huge and very hopeful milestone. And tomorrow is a week since her water broke - which is a huge milestone. From here on out, each new week is a victory and one step closer to welcoming baby in the healthiest and safest way possible.

Katie, and her family, would so appreciate any prayers, positive vibes, and love you can send their way as they take things day by day. Thank you all for your support and kindness during this time 🫶🏼

Meet Miranda —

Miranda graduated from Aveda Institute in 2003 and spent several years behind the chair in Austin, TX. Eventually, she made her way back to her hometown of Hastings. She has a passion for cutting and coloring hair, specializing in creating personalized, effortless styles. Whether it’s using foils to add dimension, applying an all-over color for extra shine, or giving you a custom-tailored haircut, she loves helping you achieve that everyday, wearable look. Miranda is eager to learn new techniques through hands-on training, and takes pride in building connections with her clients. Making you feel beautiful every day!

She has been with us since August ‘24, but is now full time, behind the chair :)
