Backkkk for another Wellness Minute 😚
Sleep is one of the most overlooked foundations of our health. 🤍
Ask me how I know… I’m a mom of two littles and I’m pretty sure I haven’t slept through the night in four years. 😂 So when I say I’ve learned how important quality sleep is, I mean it.
We can focus on nutrition, movement, supplements + hydration—but if we’re consistently missing quality sleep, we’re missing one of our body’s most powerful opportunities to rest, repair + recover.
What you do throughout the day can help set your body up for better sleep that night. I’m sharing a few simple ways to support your sleep + natural circadian rhythm in today’s video. 🌙
This is Part 1—save it + follow along for Part 2. 🤍

Back-to-school = immune support season. 🍎✏️
With classrooms back in session, I love keeping these on hand for my boys. The throat pops are an easy way to soothe scratchy throats, and the propolis throat spray is always in my bag for those first signs of a tickle.
Propolis is a natural compound bees make to protect their hives. It’s rich in antioxidants and has been studied for its antimicrobial and immune-supporting properties, making it one of my favorite natural tools to keep in our wellness cabinet.
No supplement is a magic fix, but paired with good sleep, nourishing foods, and plenty of time outside, it’s one of the simple ways we support healthy immune systems all year long. 🐝💛
Time for another Thursdays Wellness Minute 🌱
Health-conscious people know… once you remove synthetic fragrance from your home, you can’t un-smell it.
It’s wild how “normal” it seemed before. Now the laundry aisle, car air fresheners, heavily scented candles, and strong perfumes can feel completely overwhelming.
What most people don’t realize is that the single word “fragrance” on an ingredient label can represent a mixture of dozens—or even hundreds—of chemicals, and companies generally aren’t required to disclose the individual ingredients because they’re considered trade secrets.
Many fragrance ingredients have been associated with concerns like hormone (endocrine) disruption, allergies, asthma, migraines, and skin irritation, which is why we’ve chosen to make the switch in our home.
It’s not about living in fear—it’s about reducing one more source of unnecessary chemical exposure where we can. Small swaps really do add up. 🤍

We’ve removed most bitter foods from our diets… and our digestion may be paying the price.
Digestive bitters help signal your body to prepare for food by supporting digestive juices, enzymes, bile flow, and even your body’s natural GLP-1 production.
A simple habit before meals may help support better digestion, less bloating, and healthier blood sugar regulation—naturally.
Small changes. Big impact. 🌿
Another Wellness Thursday Tip 🤎
If you’re constantly exhausted, dealing with brain fog, getting cold easily, or feeling run down, don’t ignore it. Iron deficiency is incredibly common—especially in women.
One of my favorite ancestral foods for supporting healthy iron levels is organic, unsulfured blackstrap molasses. Try stirring 1 teaspoon daily into warm water or tea, or enjoy it before a workout. It’s naturally rich in iron and other blood-building minerals.
Other iron-supportive foods I love:
🥩 Beef
🫀 Liver (or ancestral organ blends that include liver and heart)
🍊 Pair iron-rich foods with vitamin C to help absorption.
⚠️ One important note: don’t guess. Ask your healthcare provider for a full iron panel (not just hemoglobin) before supplementing with isolated iron. Too much iron can be harmful, and the right approach depends on why your iron is low.
Real food first. Nourish your body the way God designed it. 🌾

🚶♀️ another Thursday wellness minute
A sedentary lifestyle is more dangerous than most people realize.
Your calves are often called your “second heart” because every time they contract, they help pump blood back toward your heart.
When we spend hours sitting, that natural pump isn’t working as well.
An easy habit to start? Do 20–30 calf raises while you’re brushing your teeth. It takes less than a minute, gets your blood flowing, and is an effortless way to add more movement to your day.
Small habits. Big impact. 🤍

We often blame being busy, stressed, or overworked for how we feel, but sometimes the answer is much simpler.
Fatigue. Brain fog. Cravings. Headaches. Irritability.
These can all be signs that your body isn’t getting the hydration and nutrients it needs to function optimally at the cellular level.
How much water do you drink daily??
🧠 Thursday’s Wellness Minute
What were you doing last Thursday at 2:30 PM?
If you have to think about it, that’s a good thing. You’re challenging your brain to retrieve memories instead of relying on your phone or someone else to remember for you.
Simple habits like this help keep your mind active.
Use it or lose it. 💙
