The Roots of Health is Central Pennsylvania’s center for CranioSacral Therapy and Therapeutic massage. Our therapists, Rachel Benbow and Ian Thomas see health as a harmonic balance both within a person (body and mind), and between the person and his/her environment (physical and social). The Roots of Health is committed to helping people heal themselves, their community, and their surroundings by using gentle, safe, all natural methods.
