We’re hiring an Associate Development Manager at Charles David Salons and Spas.

Do you love the beauty industry—and get even more satisfaction from helping others succeed in it?

Our new Associate Development Manager will lead the day-to-day experience of our one-year Associate Training Program. You’ll build relationships with vocational and cosmetology schools, meet promising students, recruit and interview new associates, guide their schedules, and coach them as they develop the skills and professionalism needed to become Level 1 Stylist/Colorist.

You’ll work alongside our five seasoned Level 6 Education Directors, who lead technical education, and help associates put that learning into practice on the salon floor. You’ll also support floor operations and serve as manager on duty when needed.

We’re looking for an experienced beauty professional with an active Massachusetts cosmetology license who is welcoming, organized, fair, dependable, and confident leading people. This is a full-time role based primarily in Hanover, with work across our three South Shore salons. Evenings and most Saturdays are required.

Pay: $26–$36 per hour, based on experience. Benefits include 100% company-paid health insurance for a single plan, paid sick time,vacation pay, bonus opportunities, a monthly service stipend, and more.

At Charles David, new professionals can see a clear path forward. Our level system gives stylists and colorists goals to work toward, regular coaching, and milestones worth celebrating. We’ve also been honored with Best of the South Shore recognition, including Best Place to Work.
