Why do we make our soaps cold-processed?

Soap requires a chemical reaction called saponification.

The Formula: pure sustainable oils of olive, palm, coconut, and shea butter are mixed with sodium hydroxide, a natural mineral, essential oils, minerals, clays, and botanicals.

The Reaction: using our own proprietary recipes and ratios, the molecules of the nourishing oils and ingredients are completely transformed during the saponification process, creating a velvety lathering bar that cleanses the skin gently while nourishing and hydrating the skin barrier.

The Cold-Process Advantage: By avoiding external heat, cold-pressed soap preserves the therapeutic properties, vitamins, and antioxidants naturally found in the plant oils. Unlike melt and pour soaps or chemical based soaps, our bars lather beautifully and last for 4-6 weeks with daily use for whole body cleansing.

The result? A gentle nutrient-dense cleanser that acts a humectant to lock moisture into the skin instead of stripping it away. Our soap supports the skin barrier without stripping it of nutrients and hydration.
