HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE:
Let’s say it’s 6.15pm and you’re going home (alone of course), after an unusually hard day on the job. You’re really tired, upset and frustrated. Suddenly you start experiencing severe pain in your chest that starts to drag out into your arm and up into your jaw. You are only about five miles from the hospital nearest your home. Unfortunately you don’t know if you’ll be able to make it that far. You have been trained in CPR, but the guy that taught the course did not tell you how to perform it on yourself..!! NOW HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE…Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness. However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest. A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again. Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can perhaps buy precious time to get themselves to a phone and dial 911. Rather than sharing another joke please contribute by broadcasting this which can save a person’s life!

New Test Will Make Diagnosing Esophageal & Gastric Cancer Easier.
According to researchers from Imperial College London, a new non-invasive breath test may soon lead to the earlier detection of esophageal and gastric cancer, potentially resulting in more successful treatment outcomes. The test works by analyzing the breath of an individual for traces of volatile organic compounds associated with these diseases. The research team reports that among a sample of 335 patients, the new breath test identified cancer from benign diseases with an 85% accuracy.

These are Cheri's beautiful legs. I took this picture of her a couple of hours ago. Her sister tells the story about how these shins were covered with red itchy slimy scales for decades. Cheri never let a picture be taken of her legs but says now she wished she had. She just never believed it would go away. It, psoriasis, was also covering her scalp and she would wake up in the morning with blood on her pillow from scratching in the middle of the night. I had assisted her to get off several meds she was on for heart related issues so she had faith that I might be able to help her, to some degree, with this. She had seen every doctor, tried every med available and thought she would have to live with it for life. SHE LOVES ME even more now!! WISH she had a picture but you know how that works. She is happy to share her experience with as many people as will listen. She now wears shorts....with pride. GOD I love what I do!!!

STRAIGHT UP, this plucked my last nerve....
“There ya have it friends.....👎👎
I don’t even know what to say right now. I am so utterly shocked, disgusted, insulted, and angry. This man I know (who will remain nameless because I am close with his family) is going to school to be a doctor. He knows what happened to my son. He knows my son is diagnosed by 3 different doctors as vaccine injured with overuse of Tylenol and antibiotics as a baby. He KNOWS this as we’ve discussed it many times. He looked me dead in my face tonight and says, and I quote, “I’ll get paid an extra $40,000 to vaccinate 100 kids so I don’t care, I’m doing it”. I didn’t even know what to say. People like this are what is wrong in this world. People like this is why my son is vaccine injured with brain damage/inflammation. People like this is why my son needs therapy, special schools, supplements, multiple doctors, special diet, etc. Evil people like this are why parents are burying their infants and have pain in their heart for the rest of their lives. People like this is why children and parents are suffering. I’m so upset and angry I don’t know whether to cry or break something. I am not a sensitive person and I can take a lot, but this. This right here - no. DISGUSTING. I should feed him to the wolves and say his name, but I’m classier than that. I also have much respect for his family and I wouldn’t tarnish their name over this. I apologize to all the families affected by vaccine injury and death for this horrific comment. I had to share this so people would know the truth.”

Body Weight and Dementia Risk.
While being overweight is linked to a number of poor health outcomes, being underweight in old age can have a detrimental effect on the brain.
In this study, which looked at data from the Gothenburg Birth Cohort Studies, researchers found that seniors with a body mass index under 20 had a greater risk for dementia than participants who maintained a healthy body weight during old age.

To determine your BMI, take your weight (in pounds) and dividing it by your height (in inches), twice, then multiplying that number by 703. So the formula for somebody who is 130 pounds and 5‘7“ would be as follows…
(130/67/67)x703= 20.35 BMI
STOP THE PRESSES... 🤦🏻♀️
Unfortunately the study neglected to report/ measure is that person with a low BMI could still have a high body fat percentage leading to cancer, diabetes, heart disease etc. So while many studies and doctors still discuss BMI, the measurements used to determines a persons BMI, doesn’t take into consideration dangerous midsection fat OR that on the flip side, that some of that weight could be healthy muscle.
So what is the solution...what should you do? Get fit! Build muscle! Don’t worry about gaining muscle weight! If you can do that you’re going to take better care of your entire body as well as your brain! 🎯

Tuna continued...(see yesterday’s post)
Mercury in fish - Wikipedia Fish and shellfish concentrate mercury in their bodies, often in the form of methylmercury, a highly toxic organic compound of mercury. Fish products have been shown to contain varying amounts of heavy metals, particularly mercury and fat-soluble pollutants from water pollution. Species of fish that...

There are two main kinds of canned tuna: chunk light and solid or chunk white (albacore). All canned white tuna is albacore. Its mercury levels are almost three times higher than the smaller skipjack tuna, used in most canned light tuna products.
Canned white, or albacore (0.32 parts per million of mercury). Children under six can eat up to one 3-ounce portion a month; children from 6–12, two 4.5-ounce portions a month. Adults, including pregnant women, can safely eat this kind of tuna up to three times a month (women, 6-ounce portions; men, 8-ounce portions).
Canned light – the safer choice (0.12 parts per million of mercury). Children under six can eat up to three 3-ounce portions per month. Older children and adults can safely eat it once a week. But look out for "gourmet" or "tonno" labels. They are made with bigger yellowfin tuna and can contain mercury levels comparable to canned white.
A better alternative is canned salmon (mostly sockeye or pink from Alaska), which is low in contaminants and high in heart-healthy omega-3s. It's also sustainably caught in Alaska and similarly priced, making it a great choice all around.

New Blood Test May Help Detect Peanut Allergies!!
A blood test called the mast activation test (MAT) may soon help doctors quickly identify patients with a peanut allergy. In a recent trial that involved 174 participants, researchers report the MAT performed with a 98% specificity. Tonya Winders, the CEO of the Allergy and Asthma Network writes, “This could be a game changer if the data supports the test accuracy and reliability in appropriate diagnosis.”
