Anticipated Updates!

Hi everyone,

If you’re a regular client or plan to book with me again, please take a moment to read this full newsletter. It includes important updates to my availability, pricing, and booking process that may affect your future appointments.

As the holidays approach, I want to share a few updates so you have plenty of time to plan your appointments. I also have some exciting personal news and a few schedule & pricing changes coming in 2027.

Exciting News - !

I'm proud to announce I'll be starting school in 2027! In order to balance work and school I’m arranging my salon hours around my classes. Some details of my school schedule are still being finalized, so I’ll share any updates well in advance.

I know a schedule change can raise questions, so I want you to hear this clearly from me: I’m still taking salon clients. I love my work behind the chair and the relationships I’ve built with each of you. I’m excited to pursue a new way of helping people while continuing to do the work I love. Our Bridal business will also continue to bloom and grow with the help of our amazing team!

Schedule Changes

- Holiday appointments -

As seasons are changing please keep an eye out for holiday availability! Booking spots are limited and ready to be filled. If you’d like an appointment before the holidays, please book early!

- New Salon Hours -
New hours are currently posted and books are back to being open! The new schedule is as follows;
Wednesdays; 10 AM–7 PM & Thursdays; 12–8 PM
The only Fridays I’ll be available for the rest of the year are December 11th and 18th.

- My schedule in the new year -
I won’t be taking appointments during the first week of January. For the remainder of January, I expect to keep my Wednesday and Thursday hours and add every other Friday, 10 AM–4 PM.

Beginning February 1st, my salon hours will be changing:
Wednesday: 3–7 PM
Every other Friday: 10 AM–4 PM
Thursday: No appointments
These hours are subject to change and any updates I have will be relayed immediately!

A Note Regarding Pricing

This year marks five years behind the chair for me! Over that time, I’ve continued to develop my skills, refine my services, and invest in the products and tools I use for every appointment. Beginning 09.28.27 my salon service prices will be updated.

My prices will increase to reflect that experience, the work that goes into each service, and the rising costs of running my business.

I’m grateful for the trust you’ve placed in me throughout these five years. The appointment services have slightly changed to help keep things simplified! If you’re unsure which service to choose, please call or text 410-205-9879 before booking and we’ll help you find the right appointment.

To keep everything organized as my schedule changes, please make all salon appointments through the booking portal at chicycheys.com (https://book.squareup.com/appointments/fe0qnv4q0egqzb/location/L6YVRSHPMX1JZ/services?buttonTextColor=ffffff&color=c4605c&locale=en&referrer=so) . I’ll no longer book appointments through personal texts or Instagram messages.

If you need help using the portal, you can call or text 410-205-9879. Please include your name and a brief message, and we’ll get back to you.
