I was listening to Dr. Rhonda Patrick on the Steve Bartlett podcast today, and one of her top five recommended supplements was magnesium. Take a listen and hear what she has to say!
One thing that really caught my attention was the research linking adequate magnesium levels to long-term health, including studies showing its role in DNA repair and cancer prevention.
