It is finally hot cocoa weather here! đ. Celebrating a dusting of snow with real hot cocoa and some cinnamon hot cocoa soap!
Did anyone want to know how the feather swirl turned out? Here is the video of cutting it - not bad for a first attempt, but you can bet we will try this design another time!

Did you know we make chapstick also? To kick off the holiday shopping season, and in the spirit of Small Business Saturday, we are giving away a free chapstick with every order (of any size!) today through Monday night!
Experimenting in new designs and methods is one of the most enjoyable parts of cold process soap making! This is our first attempt at a feather swirl, which is hidden inside the center of the mold. We wanted to try this method because we both are inspired by the world around us, and our jobs are focused on avian habitat conservation - so we thought this would be a great way to celebrate birds by bringing some art together with some science to create a fun and unique soap!

With Thanksgiving around the corner, weâve taken the holiday theme to the next level by adding some pumpkin spice latte and cinnamon hot cocoa soaps to the bathroom- they both smell amazing and lather well!
