P31 Wellness

Sometimes what looks like a small change from the outside can feel huge when you’ve been struggling for a while.

Thank you, Kayla, for trusting P31 Wellness and for taking the time to share your experience. Your words may be exactly what someone else needs to read today.

💛 SALT & LIGHT — A MOMENT FOR YOU

Jesus calls us to be the salt of the earth and the light of the world. — Matthew 5:13–16

Sometimes we share that light by encouraging someone, listening without judgment, or simply saying, “You don’t have to carry this alone.”

And sometimes, we need to receive that same care ourselves.

This World Mental Health Day, remember: having faith doesn’t mean you never struggle. You can love Jesus and still need rest, support, and someone to talk to. 💚

At P31 Wellness, we’re offering a little time set aside for you:

✨ One Salt Therapy session
✨ One Red Light Therapy session
💛 Both for $45

An invitation to pause, unwind, and make room for yourself.

This looks great! Thinking I’m gonna give it a try. Have you had this done before? What’d ya think?

I thank God for the rain! But I think it stirred up something in the air because I’ve had a headache for two days🙃Time for some self care💕
Anybody else feeling it?

Brain. Skin. Heart. Joints.
That’s a lot riding on one supplement.

Omega 3 supports cognitive clarity, cardiovascular health and overall inflammation balance.

Ask P31 Wellness about Omega 3.

Walk into a room and forget why you’re there? Again? 😅
Your brain loves healthy fats — and omega-3s play an important role in focus, memory, mood and overall brain health.

Adding Omegas to your daily routine is one simple way to give your brain the nutritional support it needs.

Because we’d all like to remember why we walked into the kitchen.

💚 P31 FRIENDS — I NEED YOUR HELP!
I have LOTS of ideas about things I could offer at P31 Wellness.
👉 Take the P31 Survey🙏 https://tinyurl.com/P31Survey
But here's the problem...
What I think you need and what YOU actually want may be two completely different things. 😂
So I'm asking you!
If you could wave a magic wand and improve ONE thing about your health right now, what would it be?
More energy?
Better sleep?
Weight loss?
Hormone balance?
Better memory?
Less stress?
Better gut health?
Understanding what's actually going on inside your body?
Or something completely different?
I created a quick survey because I want to know what YOU want help with before I decide what programs, workshops, services, and resources to create next.
