Let’s talk about working over old PMU 👏🏼
Before we can go in with our desired target color, old pigment sometimes needs to be neutralized first. Notice the darker gray area in this client’s right brow—this is where the previous pigment was likely implanted a little too deeply, causing it to heal darker and cooler than the surrounding area.
However it wasn’t dark enough to need laser removal in that area but will need to be carefully assessed.
Because that spot already has more saturation, I was very careful not to add much additional pigment over it today. It may still appear slightly darker once healed, but at her 6-week touch-up, we can selectively neutralize that area and add a little more pigment to the opposite brow to create a better match!
Correcting previous work is often a process and may take more than one session. The goal is always to work safely, protect the skin, and build the most balanced result possible. 🤎
We love when we match the color to the brow hair. We will probably need to go a little darker at her 6 week touch up but that’s pretty common to tend to stay on the lighter side for most clients first appointment! Text 📞 903-288-1624

Wonder how to get the best results for your brows? Color fading too quickly is not necessarily because the tattoo didn’t take. It has a lot to do with your lifestyle! Here is some tips for before and after your brow appointment! 🫶🏼
• No alcohol or caffeine before appointment, yes coffee will make you bleed more and less retention
• No blood thinners- Vitamin E, Asprin, Fish oil
• No tanning 1 week prior to appointment
• No retinols 1 week prior to appointment
• No Botox or filler 4 weeks before or after
• No chemical peels 5 weeks before or after
• Keep them drier than moisturized. Too much oitment will push the ink out
• No alcohol or caffeine 2 days after appointment
• No hardcore workout or sweating for 2 days
• No direct sun for 14 days after appointment
The brows are a very delicate area so there is a lot of pre and post care instructions that will make a big difference! 👏
Eyeliner lash enhancement 🫶🏼
Lash enhancement is a very thin line of permanent makeup placed along the lash line, between the lashes. It makes lashes look fuller and eyes more defined without looking like obvious thick eyeliner.
It can be done on the upper lash line, lower lash line, or both! Unlike traditional eyeliner, it usually has no thick line or wing 🩷👏
✨ This is exactly why the 8-week touch-up is so important!
At her two-month healed appointment, we noticed her brows had healed a little cooler than our goal. We added warmth to neutralize the cool tone, then chose a slightly warmer brown to create a richer, more balanced result. 🤎
Powder brows naturally soften and fade during healing, often becoming lighter and sometimes cooler depending on your skin type, undertone, lifestyle, and how your body retains pigment.
The 8-week touch-up allows me to:

✨ Adjust the warmth or tone
✨ Fill any lighter areas
✨ Reinforce the shape and saturation
✨ Customize the final result based on how your skin healed
