The Body Mechanics

I am so happy and grateful. Thank you to my “models” for their patience and for letting me practice techniques on them. This is the future of my work. It pairs perfectly with Neurosomatic Therapy and MET. HAPPY SATURDAY to ME! I’m going to celebrate on the beach 😊🌊☀️

Hi everyone. I would like to apologize for the lack of content on this page. 2025 was a year of big changes, business rebranding, and learning how to fly solo. 2026 was a year of big changes also, but, all positive ones! I took a step back to focus and finish training in cranial sacral modalities and manual face lifting massage. I am so excited to put this new service menu together because I will be offering services that will be addressing the CAUSE of posture issues, chronic pain, and their effects on the esthetics of the face.

I was also blessed to open Saltsanctuaryct here in Milford. What an amazing, talented group of practitioners! We offer Halo therapy, massage therapy, skincare/waxing, yoga (mat, aerial, and yoga nidra) and sound baths. We also have some incredible workshops coming up with education by local pelvic floor PT, Marie Nierenberg, and strengthening/stretch classes with Kelly Healy and Anastasia Pryanikova. I never expected to have such a beautiful space and talented team of professionals!

I moved full time to the coast. After waiting two years, I was blessed with a new puppy. Meet Lakota, fetcher extraordinaire 🥰

My heart is full. I am seeing clients in Bethel, Guilford, and now Milford. It’s been a lot, but everything is now exactly the way it was supposed to be. Thank you for your patience with me. I am accepting new clients. Facebook will not allow me to change my page name, so to avoid confusion and distance myself from Body Mechanics, I will be starting a new Instagram and Facebook. I hate to lose 6 years of content, but, sometimes a fresh start is exactly what you need. I will drop the new page here on Instagram. This page will be retired Nov 1.

Thank you again for your support and patience. I look forward to seeing my followers on the new social media 🥰

Remembering those who made the ultimate sacrifice ❤️🤍💙

Today’s accomplishment 🥰 some much needed decor for the office. Thank you for your patience over this transitional year of going solo. I have another endeavor I have been working on and I can’t wait to share it with you!

New logo in the works. Would love your feedback. Going to clean up the lines, so more circular on the green and maybe a highlight on the dog. I can easily change the background color with my amazing graphic design artist. Looking forward to your feedback in this time if reinventing my business.
