Her issues:
Red from previous lightening services + being outside in the sunshine + swimming
Flakey scalp

How I fixed it:
Created a formula based on 2 things; what she wanted to see and what her current tone sat at
Scalp treatment
Chopped around 4 inches off her ends and freshened up her layers
