Cancellation Policy
If you reschedule or cancel your spa appointment, please do so within 24 hours. Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will be assessed at 100% of treatment fee. Cancellations of packages or groups require two week’s notice. Guests failing to show for their appointment will be charged the full value of scheduled services. Gratuity
For your convenience, a 20% gratuity charge will be added to group packages. Individual service gratuity is at the discretion of the client. Helpful Reminders

We are moving into (what we are hoping for, at least) - cool, crisp Fall days. Because let’s face it - Summer can take a toll on our feet. The hot sidewalks, the chlorine water from the pool, the sand can leave our feet dry, tired and ready for some attention.
So, before the boots come out let’s treat them to a proper River Falls pedicure. It is a small window in your week that can put a smile on your face. It’s amazing what a foot massage and a new color can do.
